I recently tried printing a 13" x 19" print on my ix6820 printer. In the dropdown box for paper sizes there was no 11" x 17" or 13" x 19" sizes listed. No mater what I tried to do there was no way I could print anything larger than letter size. It will print letter size but nothing larger. I am currently running Mac OS Ventura 13.4 and have installed the latest driver fro my printer. I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Hi,
After you installed the Canon driver and added the printer, did you select the AirPrint option or Canon driver? If you added the printer, remove it and add it back and select the Canon driver.
Also depending on what paper brand you are using, it may be not sold in that size and if that is the case, you can try creating a custom paper size.
