PIXMA TS9521C How to do borderless printing on custom paper sizes

I'm getting beyond frustrated trying to do borderless printing with my new printer. When using the APP, there's an option to select borderless printing but that doesn't help me since It doesn't allow you to customize the paper size. So here I am, trying to print from my computer - It doesn't matter what options or sub menus I select, there are NO options to do borderless printing. Please help!

Hello,

This forum is NOT chat. Do not use it as such.

If you need immediate technical support, please log into your Canon Account, verify your printer is registered, and tap "Product Support"

The current software will be automatically downloaded if you visit https://canon.us/TS9521Csetup and follow the prompts.

If you just want to download the app from our site, go HERE and tap the option for the Canon Print app. It includes the drivers.

That is what I used.  In reviewing all other Mac versions, the file name is the same for all.  I downloaded each one separately and tried each and had the same results.  No features of which I bought the printer for. Where can I obtain actual drivers?

The file creates a printer with the it describing it as Bonjour Multifunction.

Bonjour Multifunction is a feature that allows a computer to automatically detect and add multifunction devices to a network. Bonjour is a technology developed by Apple that uses zero-configuration networking to discover devices on a local network.

This is what I do NOT want.   I need drivers that provide the full functionality of the printer.  Again, what I bought the printer for.

You should start your own thread and see if someone else has any thoughts. You are piggybacking on a different thread; that frequently affects the responses you will get.

Then there may not be an IJ driver available. The purchase specs for the printer only list macOS 10.12 as the latest. You should start your own thread and see if someone else has any thoughts. You are piggybacking on a different thread; that frequently affects the responses you will get. When you do state exactly what features you don't have that you believe the printer is capable of.

1.  A big, obvious disclaimer would have been nice stating OS's the operating system is compatible with.

2.  I did have the ability to print borderless from my MAC previously.  Now I do not.

3.  The "driver" file for the 10.12 has the same file name as the one for my OS.

CORRECTION IN #1

1.  A big, obvious disclaimer would have been nice stating OS's the expensive printer is compatible with.

2.  I did have the ability to print borderless from my MAC previously.  Now I do not.

3.  The "driver" file for the 10.12 has the same file name as the one for my OS.
