Hi,
Please open Devices and Printers on your Windows computer and remove the Canon printer listed. After the printer is removed, please restart your computer.
After the restart, click HERE and select software and drivers. You will want to scroll down and select load more until you see TS9000 series MP Drivers Ver.1.02 . You will want to download and install this file and then try to print once the install is complete.
