PIXMA TS8220 - code 1851 keeps repeating

After a paper jam was removed, this error code keeps repeating even when I do what it says.  Please advise.

Hi JudieB,

To clear the 1851 error, please make sure that the paper output tray is pulled out until it stops.

Once done, press OK on the touch screen.

Ended up speaking to tech support…bad hard drive so had to order a new one.
