I have a Canon printer MG2522, and it has new ink in it. However, I keep getting the yellow light, which means there is not enough ink. It has ink in black and color. I installed it three times to make sure it was in correctly. Please, can anyone give me some feedback on the problem?

Are you using genuine Canon inks?
If not, it is recommended that is what you use to resolve this issue.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG2522 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
