I have the TS8220 printer for about 4 to 5 years now, about two weeks ago it started. Had a paper jam remover the paper from the back. Printer worked fine for about 10 printings. Now I can't get rid of the alarm, no paper in printer none what so ever, still the alarm persist. unplugged the printer over night, no help, it is stuck on paper jam error code 1303. No pieces of paper in printer either.
