PIXMA TS7720 Nothing happens after clicking on the Print button in the dialog box

Pixma TS7720 won't print from desktop.  Never had problem before.  The desktop says that the computer is on-line and the print dialog box appears.  Also, scanning function works.  I can print docs using laptop, so it doesn't appear to be a printer problem.

Greetings,

What is the IP address of your printer?

What is the IP address of your computer?

Can you ping the printer's IP address from a command prompt.  Does it reply?

If you open a browser and enter the printers IP, then press enter, does it's webserver display?

Next steps can be provided when you reply..

I know from much experience as a retired computer and computer networking tech that the best troubleshooting tool for an issue like this is a printer cable, it helps to narrow down the source. it will tell you right away if your wifi is the source if you can print using a cable and you can always go back to wifi once the problem with it is resolved. If you have to move a device closer to the other one, it is a temporary inconvenience to help solve a very inconvenient problem.

I was able to perform a nozzle check.  Print function from desktop still does not work.  Desktop scan function works, but scanned doc won't print.  Print function from laptop, also WiFi connected, works fine.
