PIXMA TS7400 Series scanner settings greyed out

My Scanner is not working properly. The custom settings are greyed out. I have downloaded and installed the recommended drivers and restarted my computer, to no avail.

I have googled the issue and found no information.

I am running Windows 11.

Please help.

Thank you. I have resolved the issue. I had to select "Recommended" color settings, not "Color Matching".
