PIXMA iP2770 Just refilled ink but still prints missing lines

Hi, I have a problem with my printer (colored ones). 

We bought a new cartridge, but it prints like this. As you can see, it's not a low-ink problem since the 2nd lines of the colored ones are clear. However, the first ones have horizontal lines on them.

Don't mind the black one since I am aware that the black one has low ink.

BTW, I already did the following:

1. Cleaning

2. Deep cleaning (several times)

3. Print head alignment

4. Bottom plate cleaning

5. Roller cleaning

and NOTHING worked.

Hoping to know some insights asap. Thank you!
