PIXMA TS704 Printing Error 1001

Hi

I unable to resolve a printing error 1001 of my Canon PIXMA TS 704, even after inserting the multi-purpose tray and then click OK. The multi-purpose will go in and come out immediately without printing a thing.

I'll appreciate it some could help me out on this.
