PIXMA TS6420a keeps going offline

My PIXMA TS6420a Wireless All-in-One Printer Black keeps going off ;ine and I disabled the power off function. I went in and checked and the functis still disabled but still goes off line.

I registered my product but when I try to get support I cannot connect to chat and there is no way to get the printer issue resolved. There are apparantly NO support options for the TS6420a printer. I will just have to return the printer since it does not work all of the time.
