PIXMA TS6420 printing is faint or uneven. Tried cleaning 3 times and deep cleaning also

According to the manual if you tried cleaning the nozzle and it didn't help, try to aligning the head.

Tried that and it failed and get an error code, which is a QR code which I followed.

According to the error code there could be 3 different causes.

Clogged nozzle

Paper size not correct

Paper slot exposed to strong light

The paper is correct, the paper slot isn't exposed to strong light, did it in a dark room.

Actually tried cleaning the head several times and once did it in the dark

So the only option is that the nozzle is clogged and I tried cleaning and deep cleaning.

What else can I do?

It should be noted that I don't print very often

Sorry, I thought TS 6400 was the model number. It's actually TS 6420
