My TS6200 went belly up when I tried to print a map yesterday. Whatever I try to print, the print queue says it is printing but nothing is happening. The motors are all functional and there are no paper jams. Also I tried printing a test page. It won't print but I cannot cancel the print job. In the print queue it says "deleting, error, printing, in queue". Any ideas?

Thanks for joining the conversation, Pickwick!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS6200 series. You'll find the model number on the front of the printer at the lower right corner of its control panel. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks Danny. My model is a TS6250. I cannot think of any other details that would help.
