Hello there, I own a Canon Pixma TS6052. I bought this printer a few years ago and I never had a problem until a week ago. The problem is that the printer is stuck in standby mode. There is just the green led of the power below the power button. The printer doesn't turn off. The power button is not working. The display touchscreen doesn't turn on. So I don't know how to reset the printer. The only way to turn off the printer is disconnecting the cable frome the power grid. Please someone could help me about that. Thank you in advance.
