PIXMA TS5150 This printer no longer accepts encrypted jobs.

Hello, I have a TS5150 which worked fine until the message "This printer no longer accepts encrypted jobs" appears and just prints blank paper. I have not encrypted the documents. What can I do to uncrypt the documents or how do I change the settings in the printer?  The latest update is also installed.

Me too.  Pixma MG 3620.

Seems like I should just drive to Walgreens every time I want to print something.  It would be faster.
