I recently bought a pixma ts5150 printer.
I pulled the paper tray out and now it won’t go all the way back in. It is stuck a couple of inches out.
Is anyone able to help?

Right. So the drawer can be adjusted to accommodate longer paper. I suspected this. Hopefully this will help others.

Thank you, it was driving me crazy. This information should be in the manual and zero points to Canon for their stupid response!

Finally I figured out !! Had to remove A4 paper first after printing and then adjust length of tray and agree it should be in the manual
