PIXMA TS4320 Print offline error, serial number invalid error

Hello,

I just got the TS4320 and it is a nightmare to set up. It took forever to get the app to work and it keeps saying my printer is offline when it is on. I keep trying to link my account/log in and it just keeps giving me errors saying to log in from the home screen. I am at my wits end here. I don't know what to do. I tried to register the printer but it said invalid serial number. Is someone able to help me?

Its not clear whether you're having a problem registering your device in the MyCanon portal or in the Canon print app 🤔?

Since you are having issues, I suggest you contact Canon support.  1-800-652-2666

I honestly don't know. I can log into the MyCanon account just fine on the computer but not in the app. I'll see if I can call tomorrow. Thank you

Canon support is open Monday through Friday.

You do not typically need to log in to the Canon print app, but I found my Canon ID account buried (accessible) when I click on Menu then account management in the Canon print app.  

It's possible you have to be logged in to use the cloud link service.  Try deleting the cookies in your mobile browser.

Start by closing the app. Not minimizing but actually closing swipe up.  Then open one browser instance and delete your cookies.  Now restart your device and Open a browser window and attempt to log in to Canon ID again.

Once you are successfully logged in, open the Canon print app and attempt to re-register your device.

I unfortunately work during the weekdays. But I suppose if I took pictures of everything that could work. I have tried fully closing the app but I will try erasing the cookies. This is the error I keep getting
