PIXMA TS3722 not scanning whole page

Hello everyone!!! I have the pixma TS3722. I tried to scan some paperwork that had to be emailed and no matter how I position it, the scanner does not scan the whole paper. There’s about an inch and a half missing on one side. Could anyone know why??

Greetings,

To reset the scannable area you'll need to open the IJ scan utility on your computer.

Where do I find the ij scan utility? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it.

It is usually located in your windows start menu in the Canon Utilities Folder. If not you can download it here, the program came with the master software but is also located at the bottom of the software and drivers menu.

What is the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with?

Can you confirm what software (drivers / utilities) you installed when the printer was added to your system.
