Brand new PIXMA TS3722 when scanning or copying, leaves a black bar the full length down the side of the image/copy. I have attached an example. I am using the IJ Scanner software and have tried the Windows scan software as well. As mentioned, bar appears on paper copies when using scanner as a copier.
UPDATE: Upon further examination, it looks like the scanner thinks all items are B5 sized, so it cuts off the edge along the B5 margin. How do I adjust this? When scanning, "Full Platen" is selected, but cuts off at B5.
