I have a TS3522 printer and it was working and stopped. I have tried reinstalling and keep getting the error message "Failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check network connections and try again". This seems to be an issue with many and I can't figure this out. Worst purchase I've ever made and so disappointed in this brand.

You must be logged in as an administrator to install the printer. This error happens when the user account doesn't have sufficient "rights" to install the driver. If you need one-on-one help, please contact support during regular business hours at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666). Your printer must be registered before calling. You can do that at https://canon.us/account
