I am trying to set up my grandmas printer on a windows 11 laptop. When I go to set up the printer a download pops up and says the app i need isnt supported by windows. The printer she has is a Canon Pixma TS3522. I need help figuring out to work around the windows software to setup the printer.

Windows 11 driver available here:

That's the place we went to get a new driver, but (as many times as we've tried to download it), we keep getting the same error code:
"Failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check the network connection and try again."
If we can't install the set up program, how can we check the network connection?
