Thank you so much! I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software with the proper USB cable connecting my printer and computer and chose a  USB connection when reinstalling and now both my printer and my scanner work again.

Thanks for joining the conversation, glm250!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer or mobile device (i.e. Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS and which version thereof), how your computer and your printer talk to one another (i.e. via USB or Wi-Fi), and whether you're getting any error messages. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I have the same issue. My TS3522 printer was going along scanning just fine then stopped. Now, when I run the diagnostics, it tells me the printer is not communicating with the wifi. I have checked the wifi and it is fine and my printer prints but will not scan. I even paused my 5Ghz wifi to insure that my printer in on the 2l4Ghz speed and I verified that it is.  I run Windows 10 on my computer.

USB cable connection is far more reliable than printing using WIFI. A cable connection will also help determine exaclty what your scanner problem is.
