PIXMA TS3522 Error E03, paper jam

Printer has error E03: Paper jammed

There is no paper jam.  I have read all of the threads and done all of the things.

I have had this printer longer than the 1 year covered under the manufacturers warranty.

I have probably used it a handful of times.

Based on my internet exploration, this seems to be a very common problem with this model.

What do I do now?

Buy another printer?  It certainly won't be a Canon!

Hi HeRaBo,

Please remove all of the paper from your TS3522 and then please disconnect the power cord.

Once done, please look down through the paper path to check for jammed paper / foreign objects.

Next, please open the front cover and look in the area around the ink for jammed paper / foreign objects, making sure to look in the extreme left and right sides.

If the error persists, your PIXMA TS3522 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
