PIXMA TS3522 Error Code 24

I keep getting an error code 24. How do I fix this or reset my printer so it will go away?

Hi garlyn,

The E 2 4 error will appear on your PIXMA TS3522 if PIXMA Print Plan ink cartridges are installed in your printer and you unenrolled from that program OR you are using regular ink cartridges and are enrolled in the PIXMA Print Plan.

If you are enrolled in the PIXMA Print Plan, please only use PPP ink cartridges with your PIXMA TS3522.

If you unenrolled in that program, please use regular ink cartridges.

I can't print after an extended cancer treatment kept me from using my printer for over a year. The plan was cancelled by Canon so I bought a cartridge. Canon won't let me print using the plan cartridge or my own cartridge purchased at the store. I have been suffering this for a year and no help to get Canon to let me print with my printer.
