PIXMA TS3355 Failure to print Avery labels

Hi my TS3355 printer will not print avery labels. I get an error message but no error code or explaination of what the error is. I have tried using Avery software and Decadry software. I have also tried saving the design to be printed as a pdf but it still will not print or even give a print preview which it says is not available. Can someone help please?

For Avery labels, I use MS Word...it has the templates for all of their labels built in. Select Envelopes and Labels, Avery, then the template number.  I've found this to be much more reliable than the Avery software/templates.
