Hello stalwart Canon friends/ community! First time forum user, lifetime modest (a la: need to know) tech acumen. I just moved into new place and upon setting up my desktop printer again, am having trouble completing a print job. First it appeared the ink was low via an error message so I just changed ink cartridges today (yes, all film removed from cartridges, plus installed correctly according to direction including 'click' placement), but print jobs are not printing. I hear the print job start and paper feeds, then I hear the ink tray cartridge do something (engage, position?), then the paper just stays where it is (initial feed but no further progress), while the software shows print job complete on phone but nothing printed, and paper did not continue to feed either. It is not clear if the ink cartridges are faulty, but I never had issues printing before changing them. Please and thank you for sharing any esteemed wisdom here! 🆘🙏🖨

Thanks for joining the conversation, BellerinaPomp, and thanks for the comprehensive explanation!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Danny! Thank you for acknowledging me 🙂! I am using the wireless connection via Canon Print app on an iphone 13 software iOS 18.5. Let me know if there is anything else I can share.

Greetings,
Please start by opening the Canon Print App on your mobile device. Press the Ad/Switch icon at the bottom of the screen. When the page refreshes you should see your TS302, press the X to the right to remove the printer from the App. Swipe up and close the App.
Now review this KB article:
TS302 Easy Wireless Connect Instructions https://share.google/2YqTBe1DCNRkyp8TU
Follow the steps to put the printer into pairing mode. Then perform a cable less setup for your OS or mobile device. This will re-pair the printer with your wireless router. If needed you may add it back to the Canon Print App.
At this point please try to print something. Result?
If that fails, Please log into the admin portal of your router and look at the list of attached devices. Confirm this printer is associated and has been assigned an IP address.
Optional but recommended. I would assign the printer a static IP on your network since it will be persistent and will never leave. This ensures that your router will never assign the IP you've set for the printer to another device, even if it gets turned off, goes to sleep, etc. This only has to be done once.
Once this is done you'll need to power off the printer, wait a minute and turn it back on. Look at the admin portal of your router again and ensure the printer has been assigned the IP you reserved previously.
Open the Canon print app and perform another test print. Result?
If this fails, Please share more information about your network hardware, modem, router, mesh system, etc. Brand, model??
The printer supports a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.
The printer also supports Wireless Direct which allows you to connect your mobile device directly to the printer without network hardware. This is limiting however, because only one device can be connected to it at a time. Here are those instructions:
