Our year-old MegaTank PIXMA G7020 Wireless All-in-One Printer was either default printing from the rear tray or telling us the rear tray was empty or that the rear-tray feed-slot cover wasn't closed. The rear-tray feed-slot cover was the issue, but this video (click here) helped us ID and solve it.
