Hi. I have a Canon TR8660a and I am trying to download the Canon IJ Scan Utility. It brings a pop up saying that I have to subscribe to Driver Support for $9.99 per month. I have seen online that once someone subscribed, they've had problems stopping the deductions. I'm sure I downloaded this when I first bought it and I'm positive it was free... as you need it to scan. Can anyone help me, please?

Stay away from that site. Canon doesn't charge for software. Have you installed the Canon driver for your printer? What is your operating system?

This unit isn't supported here at Canon USA; however, the folks at Canon Australia have a handy tool that should walk you through setting up your printer: https://www.canon.com.au/printers/print-assist
