Hello, recently my TR8622 has not been printing properly. I've performed multiple cleanings, deep cleanings, nozzle head cleanings... the test page keeps coming out the same. I even replaced the ink (all Canon ink) and it is still printing the same. Adding in the test page after cleaning, deep cleaning and ink tank replacement.

You have a problem with your nozzle check.
Check that there isn’t any wrapping left on top of the color cartridge.

I pulled out all of the ink cartridges and there is nothing in the way of the connection from cartridge to printer.

Get new printer. Canon is junk.every canon printer ive had there is always color issues that never have vibrant colors and bottom tray feeds never pick up any kind of paper even when things look good.problem is they use cheap breakable parts and the system isnt color friendly.

You could pull the ink cartridges and lightly tap them on a hard surface to make sure they don't have a bubble lock which will slow or stop the flow of ink to the printer head.
