PIXMA TR8620a Borderless Printing on 4.25" x 5.5"

I am trying to print a borderless 4.25x5.5" picture. I know there is not a borderless option for this size but I set the size to 5x7 borderless. It prints the 4.25x5.5" borderless except for a very thin white line on one side. Is there a work around? PIXMA TR8620a

You are using the best method without printing on actual 5x7 paper.
