Hi kayon,
First, let's perform a test of your printer. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Please load letter-sized paper in the cassette of your PIXMA TR8620.
2. Please tap the gear at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TR8620.
3. Tap Maintenance.
4. Tap Nozzle check.
5. Tap Yes.
A test page will print.
Please take a photo of the test page that just printed and attach it to your reply of this post.
