About two weeks ago my PIXMA TR8520 quit printing and is now set to FAX only. I can't get it to stay on print. I asked a coworker about it and he looked up and found a firmware update done just about the time on this model.
Unfortuantly he's on the east coast and i'm on west. How do i fix this easy and why would an update break it instead of fix it? I don't want to buy another yet, this one is 5 years old.
