PIXMA TR7022 Text won't print on checks

Hello. I have a Pixma TR7022 printer and i need assistance with printing checks. I have blank check stock paper, I've created my check but when i go to print on the check stock paper,  the text does not print on the check stock paper, it is too low. 

What settings should the printer be programed to so i can print on the actual check portion of the check stock paper?

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

What is the application that you are printing your checks from?
