I have had my TR7020A for a little over a year now and I recently got an error message saying that print absorber is almost full. Was still able to print until today when i got an error 5B02 and a ,essage to contact the service center. When i did some research noticed that there maybe a way to reset the ink counter using a service tool but i can't seem to find one. Some one please help.

Greetings,
The device can likely be serviced by Canon.
The ink absorber on this device is not serviceable by the end user.

The service tool is not available to the general public. While I'm sure you can find a copy of it on the internet, download and use would be at your own risk. In many cases getting to the ink absorbers can be an involved process.
It might be easiest to register the device in your MyCanon account and investigate support/repair options.
