Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Of course nobody can actually purchase at TR7000 (SR7000 in the title is clearly at typo), as there IS no model TR7000. Could you please be more specific about the specific model of TR7xxx printer that you had a bad experience with? Replacing paper is pretty normal - not sure what you meant there. Why were you changing ink and was it all Canon-branded ink or third party?
