printer wants to send fax instead of printing why

I have a TR4722 use windows 11 and am trying to use wifi but that keeps telling me I need to reconnect again

Please follow the steps in this article to connect your PIXMA TR4722 to your Wi-Fi network:

Once connected, please reboot your computer and attempt to print.
If you are unable to, please let us know the exact wording of the error message that appears.

did not solve the problem. I can not find a way to reach a person to help unless I want to pay for the help. almost sorry I chose a canon product
