Model Pixma TR4722. Windows 11
I just replaced a Canon 275 black cartridge with a Canon 275 XL because the printer said it was out of ink and wouldn't print. With the new cartridge it shows there is only 50% of the ink left. The 275 XL cartridge was purchased new from Walmart.

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat regarding your apparently faulty ink cartridge. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR4722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative will assist you with this issue.
