Recently had to relocate my wifi router. We have the printer working with the wifi, but the scanner option will not work. I have gone thru the steps making sure the printer is connected to wifi. Is there another setting on the computer that I have check?

If not, what version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

I purchased a new Canon TR4720. The Pixma printer we had over 10 years. Since I couldn't figure out the problem I was having just decided to purchase a new one.
