PIXMA MX922 print no longer crisp after move

Hello All. I have a Pixma MX922.  It recent went thru a rough move.  Regrettably.  With new inks,  good paper. Anything printed,  comes out slightly out of focus,  not quite blurry,  but definitely not crisp sharp.  Before it's asked. I ran thru all the onboard cleaning and maintenance available.  Not so much.  Still lacking a sharpness, a crispness.  Even looking they a variety of videos, other instruction manuals. Other troubleshooting attempts.  Regrettably all the above.    FAILED!!!!  At my wits end here. Any one have any troubleshooting ideas, or maintenance ideas, I've not

Hi,

Since you have performed the cleaning and deep cleaning from the printer menu, you can try manually cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps needed to clean the encoder strip.
