I own a canon pixma mx922 printer. The problem is if I'm on my computer and want to make a copy,
it won't copy. I called best buy tech support and they tried to install the drivers. But that didn't work.
If I put a document on the glass, and hit print, I get a copy. But I can't print from my computer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a PIXMA MX 922 which I purchased used but in perfect condition. When I run the CD to download the drivers I get a message, "driver not compatible" or similar message. I don't know what else I can do
