My Canon MX922 Printer keeps saying Support Code 1411 the following ink tank cannot be recognized even though all of my ink tanks are showing to be full of ink and all of them are lit up with red lights which I thought meant that they would be happy and performing properly. Also, it is the smaller size black ink tank is the one that is indicating that it cannot be recognized. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? I've looked at the search engine related to my problem and have tried all of the fixes recommended for other users and none of them have worked. #MX922 #SupportCode1411
