PIXMA MX922 Backwards Printing & Multiple Copies Printing Instead of Just One

My Canon MX922 randomly prints a page completely backwards.  

It also randomly prints multiple copies when I only set it for 1 copy.  The only way to stop this is to turn the computer off.
