PIXMA MX882 Part Came Out

I am having trouble finding any listing for parts for my PIXMA MX882.  Is there a way to contact the manufacturer?

Thank you for your reply.  I am really just trying to find out what a part is, that fell out of my printer.  A parts catalog was that place I was going, since, the service manual doesn't show anything like it that I can determine.  Perhaps you could shed some light. I don't think I insered the pic correctly, but, hopefull it it is visible enough.  Its not the best pic.
