PIXMA MX512 - bluetooth connection - printer not responding

Hi all,

Please can anyone help with my Pixma MX512 printer.  It is connected wirelessly and both PC and printer are on the same network.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and reinstalled the drivers.  I have reset to default setting on the printer to make it forget any network settings and added it back on again.

The printer itself is working and I can airprint from my iPhone but not from my PC.

The problem I have with my Pixma mx439 is that it keeps diconnecting from the wifi. I have to restart it ever time I want to print (which not often every few days or so) and still sometimes that doesn't help. If you're having the same problem and have found a solution, I'd like to know about it.
