PIXMA MX360 Windows 10 Compatibility

I have a Windows 10 laptop (Dell XPS 13) and the MX360 driver installation will not finish.  It cannot Detect Printer.  I have tried 2 USB cables, and every time I plug it in, my laptop beeps, so it's detecting something.  I have downloaded the mp68-win-mx360k... exe driver.  Are there tests I should run?  Might it be detectable on an older computer?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX360 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
