Greetings,
The MX360 has not been officially supported under MAC OS since v10.6 snow leopard. Its possible you could use it with ventura with limited functionality. Its also possible it won't work at all.
VueScan by hamrick software is an alternative for scanning.
At this point Canon's upgrade program might be a better option.
