PIXMA MP 600 Error Message: "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print hd."

Printer working just fine until above error message appeared. Light use.

Printer head removed and replaced (original) as instructed in Guide and online.

All ink cartridges also replaced.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

If the error persists, your PIXMA MP600 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

Instructions to addess issue are very clear but did nothing to resolve the issue.

Have attempted to contact Ugrade Program as suggested.

Multiple calls, wait times for ssistance vary from 32 min to 40 + min.

Yes had been working with Cannon technical support.

Requesting a call back from someone in the below referenced Sales Department to discuss Upgrade Program.

Wait time for assistance  should include a Cannon return call or call back option.

Seems any time of day you geet put on hold with a wait time message indicate connection in 30-45 min.
