My MG8220 output tray has stopped opeing automatically when printing starts. It had been working fine and now I have to manully pull down. Is there a sensor that need replaced or what else could be causing this?
Thanks

Hi pupadorn,
You will want to ensure that the printer is located on a flat surface and that there are no obstructions in front of the printer that would prevent the door from opening. If the door stll does not open automatically, the printer will may require servicing; we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative here for further assistance. A representative will be happy to assist you free of charge.
