PIXMA MG7720 Driver installation results in "Information Acquisition Error"

Windows 10, HP EliteBook 840, PIXMA MG7720 printer, Driver file: win-mg7700-1_0-jucd.exe

Log in as Administrator, right-click file and Run as Administrator.  Results in Information Acquisition Error.

Have tried this approach numerous times in variations.   

Used default administrator account - failed

Created local user and added to administrator group - failed

Tried Run as Administrator and not - fails

Any suggestions would be most welcome as my frustration level has surpassed civilized description.
