Support code 1851 - disk tray guide open.

Anyone ever get one? 

The printer is brand new condition. I tried opening and closing every door. Still getting the error.

Appreciate any help.

Hi muirdavid,

The 1851 error occurs when the disc tray guide is open.

Please close the disk tray and press the OK button to clear the error.

The disk tray is #4 in the image on the web page linked here:
